Tuesday, August 4th and barista Genevieve Hill (left) has done it again. Sponsored by PeAk coffee, "Gen" put on a brilliant display to take out 1st place in the Port Macquarie qualifying round of the Danes Gourmet Institute, Grand Barista Championship. This is one step better than her second placing last year. Port Macquarie cafe, Peloton Espresso Bar, heaped praise on their champion acknowledging her commitment and enthusiasm.  If you're in Port Macquarie and want to sample some championship skills, just drop in to Peloton and say hi to Genevieve.
