Peak Coffee Launceston, roasts espresso blends to match the Australian milk consuming palates, boasting lighter roasting to bring out the natural flavours from within the bean.  We have chosen ethical coffees including fair trade and rainforest alliance beans to give back to the impoverished coffee growing nations of the world.  Peak Coffee is also behind the production and blending of Swiss Water decaffeinated beans, which is a bonus for the caffeine intolerant consumer.

Tim Jarosz
General Manager
Tim Jarosz, a young dynamo, who has already owned 3 successful hospitality businesses and managed a national chain store, is Launceston’s PeAk Coffee General Manager. Tim is a founding shareholder of PeAk Port Macquarie and has chosen to move to Tasmania to run the first interstate PeAk Coffee Roastery. Tim has recently completed a Business Management Diploma and is excited about using his new found knowledge in this exciting new project. Tim will also be roasting coffee at PeAk Coffee Launceston under the guidance of PeAk Coffee’s Master Roaster, Shayne McCristal.

Melissa Jarosz
Training Manager
Melissa Jarosz owned and managed a successful cafe located in Gladstone, northern NSW. Melissa is a passionate barista and has been involved in developing training programs for PeAk Coffee head office. Melissa has been mentored by international barista trainers who have taught her the finer technical skills and coffee science. Training has always been a passion for Melissa and she will be supporting her husband Tim in the management of PeAk Coffee Launceston.
