About Us:
Peak Coffee Port Macquarie is the first coffee roasting business to be located on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales. Armed with a 60kg traditional drum roaster, we roast for local cafe owners and wholesale accounts. Peak coffee endeavours to bring quality fresh coffee and tantalising blends (flavours) to their wholesale and retail customers.

Specialty Coffees:
Peak Coffee Port Macquarie, roasts espresso blends to match the Australian milk consuming palates, boasting lighter roasting to bring out the natural flavours from within the bean. We have chosen ethical coffees including fair trade and rainforest alliance beans to give back to the impoverished coffee growing nations of the world. Peak Coffee is also behind the production and blending of Swiss Water decaffeinated beans, which is a bonus for the caffeine intolerant consumer.

Barista training has been the catalyst to success for many of the great cafes that Peak Coffee supplies, having trained winning baristas to World Barista Championship standards.
Research and development is the backbone of Peak Coffee's philosophy and its technical staff are constantly improving blends and new beverage menus.

National Sales & Training Manager
Kevin is sales and technical manager having 12 years experience in the hospitality industry owning and managing 2 successful restaurants and an espresso bar. Kevin is a certificate 4 qualified barista trainer having taught at Tafe NSW and teaches weekly classes at Peak Roastery and conducts on-site training for our increasing wholesale accounts ensuring a high standard and level of consistency.
Shayne McCristal
National Roast Master
Shayne has spent the last 14 years in the photographic industry working as a consultant and photographer in which Shayne has developed a keen eye for detail. That same eye for detail has carried on into the coffee industry as a Master Roaster and Research Developer for Peak Coffee. Shayne makes all the purchasing decisions on different origin coffees from all over the world to enable us to develop unique blends and keep at the forefront of this ever evolving industry.
Kristine Edwards
National Accounts Manager & Director
Kristine is the Managing Director of the Peak Coffee Structure. She implements the systems and has financial control of all Peak Structures. Previously Kristine worked as a Personal Assistant and Assistant Accountant for Orlando/Wydham, Shell Coal and Drayton Coal.
