Peak RitualRoast Profile - Medium
Peak Ritual is a blend of four Arabica coffees. Ritual is a bright coffee with sweet fruity notes and a lingering caramel aftertaste. Peak Ritual is our house blend, lively enough to cut through milk, and also great as an espresso.
Peak SignatureRoast Profile - Medium Dark
A combination of Kenyan and Honduran beans roasted together to deliver bright citrus zest flavours, with creamy mouthfeel and a cocoa finish.
Peak PulseRoast Profile - Medium Dark
Pulse is a blend of three arabicas with just a dash of Indian monsoon to add a kick. Smooth full bodied with deep dark chocolate and a hint of spice. Pulse is Peak Coffee's strong blend. Great as an espresso and for those that like a good strong flavoured coffee with a caffeine hit.
Peak Premium BlendRoast Profile - Medium Dark
From Guatemala comes the Huehuetanango, from Uganda comes the Bugisa. The two are roasted and blended, bringing flavours of honeycomb and vanilla.
Honduras OrganicRoast Profile - Medium
Premium quality Honduras Organic coffee is wet processed and the focus on quality has produced a clean, crisp cup of distinct, unique flavour characteristics and excellent depth. She is mild and crisp, with nutty tones. Quite simply a very fine cup of coffee.
Peak DecafRoast Profile - Medium Dark
The chemical free process begins by soaking high quality coffee beans in pure clean water. This flavoured water is then run through a filter, which traps only the caffeine molecules. Next the flavour-charged water, now decaffeinated, is circulated over the green coffee beans and the caffeine naturally flows out of the beans - simple diffusion. This process maintains coffee flavour very accurately.
