The Swiss Water chemical free process begins by soaking high quality coffee beans in pure clean water. This flavoured water is then run through a filter, which traps only the caffeine molecules.

Next the flavour-charged water, now decaffeinated, is circulated over the green coffee beans and the caffeine naturally flows out of the beans - simple diffusion.

This process maintains coffee flavour very accurately.

We blend a combination of Colombian and Ethiopian beans to create a decaf flavour full of peaches, citrus and caramel characters.
