How it's decaffeinated
The Swiss Water Process starts by soaking high-quality green beans in pure water. The flavour-rich water is then filtered through carbon to capture and remove the caffeine, leaving everything else — the oils, the aromatics, the character — untouched. 100% chemical-free, 99.9% caffeine-free.
How it tastes
Smooth and full-bodied with notes of milk chocolate and caramel. Clean finish, well-balanced — the kind of decaf you'd happily serve a coffee snob.
