Discount Code Policy

Discount codes issued by Peak Coffee are offered as a promotional courtesy and are subject to the terms below.

1. Online codes are valid online only
Any discount code, promotional offer, or voucher issued through our website, email newsletter, social media, or other online channels can only be redeemed at checkout on our online store. These codes cannot be redeemed at our cafe, the Brew Lab & Roastery, markets, pop-ups, or any other physical point of sale.

2. In-store purchases are separate
Purchases made in store are processed on a separate system to our online store. Our team is not able to apply an online discount code to an in-store transaction, and in-store offers cannot be applied to online orders.

3. One code per order
Only one discount code may be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with each other or with other promotions unless we state otherwise.

4. Exclusions
Unless stated in the offer, discount codes do not apply to gift cards, wholesale accounts, [espresso machines and equipment], course bookings, freight, or items already reduced.

5. Expiry and eligibility
Codes are valid until the stated expiry date and may be limited to one use per customer. Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or reissued.

6. Retrospective claims
Discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout. We're unable to apply a code to an order after it has been placed.

7. Changes
Peak Coffee may amend, suspend, or withdraw any discount code at any time, including where a code has been shared publicly, used fraudulently, or applied in error.
