Created by Peak's Head Roaster Ainsley to celebrate Peak Coffee’s 20th birthday, this special blend brings together high-end specialty coffees from Ethiopia, Colombia and Kenya.

A small amount of carefully aged co-ferment adds a playful lift without overpowering the blend. The result is a balanced, fruit-salad-inspired cup that lets the coffees shine together.

Great as a Black Filter Coffee or go wild with a Double Espresso.
