The Mozzafiato Cronometro brings the commercial espresso machine experience home, making it possible to create the perfect espresso every single time. The Mozzafiato Cronometro R features a rotary pump and the option to plumb the unit directly into an existing water supply. Cronometro technology integrates a digital shot timer giving complete control over espresso flow and grind setting, and the adjustable PID controller regulates boiler temperature for fine-tuning flavour.
Fitted with a 1.8L boiler matched to an intelligent thermosyphon system, this machine delivers consistent temperature and pressure, with individually cast alloy side panels that combine timeless style with serious function.
